Episode Summary

Penji is officially 1 year old. We’ve survived and thrived against all odds. This year we grew from a team of 4 to 35 people.  We’ve endured some of the darkest days and loneliest nights to be here. Today isn’t just a day where we celebrate the company’s success. Today, we celebrate one another.  On today’s episode, I’d like to share some of the things that we have learned throughout the course of our one year. But before we get into all of that, we have to explain how we even got here in the first place.
